Dr. Abhishek Sharma is an accomplished education leader and strategic academic professional with over 27+ years of rich experience across CBSE, CAIE, ICSE, and IB curricula, bringing extensive expertise in school operations, academic leadership, institutional development, quality systems, and educational transformation.
Over the course of his distinguished career, he has successfully headed and mentored multiple schools of great repute, driving excellence in academics, administration, teacher development, operational efficiency, and organizational growth.
His leadership has contributed significantly to the establishment, expansion, and strengthening of school ecosystems across various regions of India.
Dr. Sharma has trained and empowered more than 2.5 lakh educators, collaborating with national and international educational bodies and contributing extensively to capacity building, pedagogy enhancement, leadership development, and academic innovation.
An internationally recognized educationist, he has represented India on global education platforms and played a key role in developing high-performing educational institutions aligned with global standards while preserving Indian values and educational ethos.
His contributions to the education sector have earned him several prestigious recognitions, including the State Education Award, Nation Builder Award, and the 100 Highly Effective Principals Award.
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) – R&R & Franchise at PGOS, Dr. Sharma leads strategic initiatives focused on institutional excellence, franchise development, quality assurance, academic standardization, innovation, and sustainable growth, supporting the organization’s vision of delivering quality education with global perspectives.

Ms. Nidhi Pandey Acharya is a dynamic education leader with a distinguished blend of academic excellence, strategic vision, and institutional leadership. She holds an M.Tech from IIIT Hyderabad and an M.Ed. from MGKV Varanasi, combining strong expertise in technology and education.
With impactful experience as Program Manager, Academic Head, Principal, and now Franchise Head, she has consistently driven academic excellence, institutional growth, and meaningful community engagement. Known for her visionary and people-centric approach, Ms. Acharya is leading strategic initiatives across our franchise network, strengthening systems, elevating educational standards, and inspiring a culture of innovation and excellence.
Academic Coordinator
Academic Coordinator Madhu Praveen Nuthakki, M.A., B.Ed., is a dedicated and experienced education professional with over 20 years of teaching experience across various reputed institutions. With a strong academic foundation and a passion for nurturing young minds, he has consistently contributed to academic excellence and holistic student development.
Currently serving as an Academic Coordinator at PGOS Group of Schools, he plays a pivotal role in curriculum implementation and teacher mentoring.
He believes in continuous learning, collaboration, and empowering both educators and students to achieve their full potential.

Mr. Praveen Kumar Punaganti brings over 15 years of extensive experience in the education sector. Currently, he serves as the Regional Manager for the Franchise wing at Pallavi Group of Schools, a role he has held since 2023.
Prior to his current role, he successfully served as a Regional Manager for the Shemrock and Shemford Group of Schools from 2013 to 2023. He also gained valuable leadership experience working as a Franchise Manager at Oakridge International School from 2011 to 2013.
